Lou Walsh receives Arts in Education award |

Maleny Arts in Education has awarded its 2005 Primary School Appreciation Award to Maleny Primary school teacher Lou Walsh.
In particular, Lou has brought colour and creativity to the school environment by making opportunities for students to enhance walls and walkways throughout the school with murals and flags.
Lou is a dedicated teacher who has sought to integrate the arts as a core feature in her classroom practice, providing her students every year with a creative learning environment.
Thank you Lou for using your talent and commitment to the arts to make a difference to the community.
