ANZAC day in Maleny is fast becoming a tradition with the younger generation as they come out to show their thankfulness to our forefather military people who gave so much to provide for the lifestyle that we enjoy today.
The times for the various services are as shown below:-
0420 CALL TO ORDER RSL - DAWN SERVICE
0900 WITTA CEMETARY MEMORIAL SERVICE
0945 MALENY SOLDIERS MEMORIAL HOSPITAL SERVICE
1015 ANZAC DAY MARCH FROM WATSON’S GARAGE TO RSL HALL AND MEMORIAL
1040 MALENY CITIZENS COMMEMORATION SERVICE ANZAC DAY 2008
on completion of service Lunch available for a small fee and traditional games in the RSL Hall.
